Please note an upcoming change to how Excel reports open in Nexsyis. Going forward, all Excel-based reports will open directly in a new built-in spreadsheet viewer inside Nexsyis. Over the next few days, we’ll convert your existing Excel reports so that they open in this in-app viewer by default. Users can now create and manage tasks in NexsyisNow. You can access this feature by selecting the icon in the top-right corner of the screen to launch into the Tasks tab of the Message Center. Task List Overview Upon loading the Task List, you will see any and all tasks assigned to you automatically sorted by priority and due date.  You can add tasks here, and you can edit most task information by selecting the pencil icon next to the field. A/R statements can now be created in batches in NexsyisNow. Select the $ icon in the side toolbar in NexsyisNow to access this feature.  To create a batch, select the Statement  As-of Date  and click + Generate Statement  to begin the process. The As-of Date determines the date printed on the statement (as the ' Statement Date ') and excludes any invoices dated after that day. Nexsyis currently supports only 1099-NEC (Non-Employee Compensation) and 1099-MISC (Rent only – Box 1) reporting. Due to vendor name formatting limitations within TaxBandits, we have reformatted our export template to be compatible with eSmartPayroll  instead.
